For young adults and adolescents, I take a person-centered approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic space that feels right for you, whether you’re working through big emotions, life transitions, or personal growth.
For kids, I blend child-centered and play therapy techniques, creating a warm, engaging environment where they can express their thoughts and feelings in ways that feel natural to them. I also collaborate with parents to provide support, guidance, and practical strategies for their child’s emotional and behavioral needs.

Individual Therapy

In our 45-50 minute private therapy sessions, you’ll have a compassionate and confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Whether navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, personal growth, or something else, I am to provide personalized support tailored to your unique needs.
This time is all about you—unpacking your feelings, gaining clarity, and developing tools to create positive change. With guidance, you'll build resilience, boost self-awareness, and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Play Therapy
$150
In our 45-50 minute play therapy sessions, children are given a safe and supportive space to express their thoughts and emotions through play. Toys, games, and creative activities become tools for communication, helping kids process feelings, build coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels natural to them.
With gentle guidance, children gain emotional awareness, confidence, and problem-solving skills—all while engaging in play. This approach fosters healing and growth in a way that words alone sometimes can’t.
Because play is a child’s language, and healing begins when they feel understood.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Group Therapy
The Art of Mindful Dressing: Open to girls ages 13 to 17, this group helps develop mindfulness skills and acceptance-based self-talk through an exciting new practice known as Mindful Dressing, shifting the focus of routines to self-care rather than self-comparison.
Schedule: Monday evenings from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm beginning in June.
Cost: $75 per session. Reduced rates are available based on need.
